1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At DigitalGolf, we want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your legal right of withdrawal or request an exchange in accordance with the conditions set out below.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by e-mail, written notice, or by using the withdrawal form.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.
DigitalGolf may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Product Exchanges

DigitalGolf offers customers the possibility to exchange products within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Products may be exchanged for:
  • a different size,
  • a different colour,
  • a different product variation,
  • another available product.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.

5. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Returned or exchanged products must be:
  • unused,
  • unworn,
  • undamaged,
  • clean,
  • complete,
  • free from signs of use,
  • supplied with all original tags,
  • supplied with all original labels,
  • supplied with all protective films,
  • supplied with all accessories,
  • returned in the manufacturer's original packaging.
The customer is liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

6. Packaging Requirements

The manufacturer's original packaging must not be used as the shipping package.
In particular, it is not permitted to:
  • attach shipping labels directly to the original box,
  • apply adhesive tape directly to the original packaging,
  • write on the original packaging,
  • damage or alter the original packaging in any way.
We strongly recommend placing the product in an additional shipping carton or protective outer packaging.
Golf shoes, electronics, golf balls, apparel and accessories must be packed in a manner that protects the original packaging during transport.
If the original packaging is damaged, taped, labelled or otherwise devalued, DigitalGolf reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

7. Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • underwear,
  • boxer shorts,
  • briefs,
  • socks,
  • compression socks,
  • any products intended for direct body contact where the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened after delivery.
This restriction does not apply to valid warranty or defect claims.

8. Custom-Made and Personalised Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • custom-fitted golf clubs,
  • products with custom shafts,
  • products with custom grips,
  • clubs modified in length,
  • clubs modified in loft or lie angle,
  • personalised golf balls,
  • products featuring a customer's name, logo or custom print,
  • special-order products sourced specifically at the customer's request.

9. Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the direct cost of returning or exchanging goods.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.
Return Service via the DigitalGolf DPD Account
For a convenient and cost-effective return process, customers may use the return service arranged by DigitalGolf through our contracted carrier DPD.
If this service is used, the applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by DigitalGolf.

The above fees represent the cost of arranging the return shipment through DigitalGolf and will be deducted from the refund amount after the returned goods have been received and processed.

If the customer chooses not to use the DigitalGolf DPD return service, they may use any carrier of their choice and will bear all return shipping costs themselves.
DigitalGolf reserves the right to adjust these fees in the event of changes to transportation costs.

10. Responsibility for the Return Shipment

The customer remains fully responsible for the returned goods until they are received by DigitalGolf.
Customers are required to retain:
  • proof of shipment,
  • proof of payment of shipping charges,
  • the shipment tracking number.
We strongly recommend using a fully trackable shipping service.
DigitalGolf is not responsible for:
  • lost return shipments,
  • damaged return shipments,
  • failed deliveries by the carrier,
  • delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Any claims regarding loss or damage during transit must be made directly with the shipping provider.

11. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, DigitalGolf will refund all amounts due under applicable law.
DigitalGolf may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

13. Final Provisions

These Returns, Exchanges and Withdrawal Terms form an integral part of the DigitalGolf General Terms and Conditions.
DigitalGolf reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time.
